SEC Media Days arrives in Hoover

The annual pilgrimage of coaches, players and support staff begins Monday for the 33rd SEC Media Days in Hoover.

All 14 teams will bring three players to discuss the upcoming season with no less than 1,000 media members in attendance.

SEC commissioner Greg Sankey will open the festivities followed by three teams - Arkansas, LSU and Tennessee - that will send their contengency to the numerous interview rooms.

Nick Saban and the Alabama players will arrive on Wednesday and Gus Malzahn and Auburn players will be in Hoover on Thursday.

WTLS, River Region Sports and Network Alabama will provide four-day coverage of the event beginning at noon with RRS Radio on Monday. The coverage will continue with the Wake-Up Call at 6 a.m. and The Paul Finebaum Show at 2 p.m.

River Region Sports.com will also provide in-depth coverage of the event through stories and columns from all four days in Hoover.
