TALLADEGA, Ala. —- Michael Carden and Chris Barrentine combined to allow just four hits in the opener to help the No. 16 Auburn University at Montgomery baseball team to a split of its midweek doubleheader at Talladega College Wednesday. The Warhawks took game one of the twin bill, 6-1, but fell in the nightcap, 7-3.

FRANKFORT, Ky. —– The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced its 2012 Daktronics-NAIA Division I Women’s Basketball Scholar Athletes on Monday, and two Auburn University at Montgomery student-athletes were among the 127 honored with the prestigious distinction for their efforts in the classroom.
