Roderick Smith kicked a 20-yard field goal as time expired to give Sidney Lanier a 22-20 victory over Eufaula on Friday, the first of the season for the Poets (1-2, 1-0 6A, R2).

The field goal was one of three for the senior who also connected on tries of 22 and 41 yards in the game.
