ELMORE - Edgewood Academy had a scare Friday night that lasted all of one minute and 43 seconds.

Mitch Greer, who also recovered a fumble later in the game, blocked the Clarke extra point. The quick 6-0 lead by Clarke apparently did nothing but aggravate the Wildcats, which turned the game into a workout and blew Clarke away 41-6.
