ORANGE BEACH - Faulkner dropped two of three games here Sunday in the Gold Division tournament of the Orange Beach Invitational softball tournament… After winning their bracket, the Auburn University at Montgomery softball team lost two games in the championship bracket at the Gulf Coast Invitational.

ORANGE BEACH – The Lady Senators won two more games today at the Gulf Coast Invitational with a 7-0 win over St. Gregory’s College and an 8-1 win over Park University… Faulkner edged Ohio Dominican 2-1 then fell to Freed-Hardeman 4-3 in the Gulf Coast Invitational softball tournament Saturday afternoon, ending pool play with a 3-1 record.

Faulkner’s Mike Zenko scattered six hits and tossed a complete game as the Eagles beat Auburn Montgomery 5-1 in the opening game of a Southern States Athletic Conference doubleheader Saturday afternoon. The Senators gained a split in the nightcap, with David Barnett’s RBI double in the sixth inning lifting AUM to a 4-3 victory.

ORANGE BEACH—The Auburn University at Montgomery softball team split a pair of games at the Gulf Coast Invitational losing their first game to Belhaven University 6-2 and winning their second game of the day over Thomas University 7-4.
Haley Munroe’s RBI in the bottom of the eighth inning lifted Faulkner to an 8-7 victory over Houston Victoria in the Gulf Coast Invitational softball tournament here Friday afternoon.

Faulkner jumped to a big first-inning lead then had to battle from behind to beat Auburn Montgomery, 12-10, Friday night in the first game of a three-game Southern States Athletic Conference series at Harrison Field.

Faulkner posted 36 hits in a sweep of Talladega College, 10-1 and 12-0, in a doubleheader at the softball complex Tuesday.
Sophomore Erik Hilde fired the lowest round of the day Tuesday to capture individual honors in the Badger Invitational here at the Spring Hill Golf Course.

ROME, Ga. - No. 12 Lee used a 12-0 run midway through the second half to take control, then held on to advance to the Southern States Athletic Conference tournament championship game with a 80-70 victory over Faulkner Friday night at The Forum.
Brooke McKinnon scored a game-high 18 points and top-seeded Lee University held No. 5-seed Auburn University-Montgomery without a field goal for the first 11 minutes of the second half as the Lady Flames earned a trip to the SSAC championship game with a 53-35 win over the Lady Senators on Friday night at The Forum in Rome, Ga.
Jas Rogers made a free throw with 0.5 seconds remaining to lift second-seeded Southern Polytechnic State University to a 56-53 victory over No. 3-seed Auburn University-Montgomery in the semifinals of the Southern States Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball Championships on Friday evening at The Forum in Rome, Ga.

ROME, Ga. - Faulkner lost most of an 18-point second-half lead but made plays down the stretch to escape the first round of the Southern States Athletic Conference with a 79-72 victory over Emmanuel here Thursday night at The Forum.
Nathan Thomas scored a game-high 24 points to lead Auburn University at Montgomery to a 62-59 win over Shorter College.
Cassie Moore had 18 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead AUM to a 38-34 win over Emmanuel College in the first round of the Southern States Athletic Conference Tournament.

After blasting Emmanuel on Friday, Faulkner closed the series sweep with a pair of wins in Saturday’s doubleheader, 13-1 (5 inn.) and 10-8.
Faulkner opened SSAC play against the Brenau Golden Tigers, losing 2-1 in the opener, and 10-1 in five innings in the nightcap.
