Carver in a Class 6A, Region 2 clash at Cramton Bowl on Friday… The Wetumpka Indians stayed perfect on the season with a convincing region victory on the road at Pelham on Friday… The Mustangs did not disappoint their Homecoming fans with a 21-13 victory over visiting Russell County.

WETUMPKA – The comparisons are obvious. The similarities are eerie.

As Jadarious Martin continues to lead unbeaten Wetumpka down a path toward the 6A state playoffs, he can’t help but hear the comparisons to Jamal Golden, the last great quarterback for the Indians.
